Your Task Tracker
When you're working on a task, a small panel pops up on your desktop showing what you're currently working on along with the elapsed time. You can start multiple tasks at once; however, the desktop tracker only shows one at a time. Unfortunately, there's no way to check off completed tasks from this panel.
A Few Frustrations
If you click on a task from the list, it automatically starts counting again! That can be confusing since there's no way to check the time spent on paused tasks unless you restart them. The same goes for completed tasks unless they're removed from the list entirely.
Lack of Flexibility
The app lacks color-coding for tasks and has some limitations that might make you wonder how practical it really is. But don't worry! One great feature is its ability to generate various reports—like ones related to time management—for all your projects.
Online Reporting Features
You'll need an internet connection because reports are created online. You can even export them as PDF, XLS, or CSV files! Plus, you'll receive daily emails with summaries so that you're always aware of your time management progress.
