Time Dilation is a cool program that helps you understand how dimensions work in an eight-dimensional universe that's expanding really fast. It’s based on the idea that there are two types of time-space dimensions: one that's straight and one that's curved. As the universe grows, these two dimensions multiply together in all eight directions.
Now, here’s something important: this app only works when you’re looking at objects in different galaxies that are far apart from each other and your own galaxy. Why? Because it doesn’t take into account the orbital velocity law, which is a big deal when things are moving quickly in space!
The best part? You don’t have to install anything before using it! Just launch the app, and you'll see a simple interface waiting for you. All you need to do is enter some data and check out the results.
To get going, you’ll need to enter the distance between two objects (let's call them A and B), how long you're observing them, and the observer’s frequency. Once you've filled that out, hit “calculate,” and voila! The results pop up on the right side of your screen.
Just a heads up though: it helps if you know a bit about this topic because the app doesn’t explain what those values mean. There’s only some documentation available on the project’s homepage.
