If you're developing software projects that require a photo selector, you can use TImagePicker. It's a Windows VLC component that can be integrated into software applications with RAD Studio and Delphi.

In addition to the VCL files, the downloaded archive contains demos for all modules. For example, there's a tool available for creating reflection effects, where you can just tweak the size, opacity, and axis of the reflection level (reflections can be generated for both images and text).
