Or if it was quick, your thumbnails ended up looking like stiff columns and rows. With Thumbscrew, you can breeze through a bunch of images quickly, applying scaling, random rotations, borders, and shadows all at once! You can even resize the originals and process everything in one go.

Track Your Progress

While Thumbscrew is working its magic on your images, you'll see a preview in the main window. First, it shows the original image, then switches to the thumbnail as it’s being created. Plus, there’s a progress bar at the bottom so you can keep an eye on how things are going with your batch.

Your Batch Files Are Organized

Once a batch finishes processing, it automatically creates a batch file in ~\/Library\/Application Support\/Thumbscrew\/Batches\/. Then it runs whatever post-processing script you've chosen using this file as input.
