The Novel Factory is a cool and super handy app that helps you kick off your next novel. Whether you're just starting or you've been writing for a while, this program has got your back. It gives you awesome tools to create scenes, build conflicts, develop characters, and set up locations. Plus, it's perfect for keeping all your ideas and snippets of text in one place!

Easy to Start Writing Your Novel

The Novel Factory is made to help you create a solid outline for your book and get the writing process rolling. With this tool, you can break your story into manageable parts and save them separately. This really makes it easier to keep everything organized while you're writing.

User-Friendly Interface

This program has a friendly layout that helps you stick to your plan. It organizes tasks across different tabs so that you can easily provide details like the premise, synopsis, and even choose a template for your story during the Planning phase.

Customizable Templates

You’ll find several templates based on three acts that are simple to tweak. You can expand them with more details or even swap them out if something else fits better!

Store Your Ideas Effectively

The Novel Factory also acts like a digital notebook where you can store ideas, character descriptions, and even images of characters or settings. There’s a special Character tab just for outlining details about your characters—everything from their height and age to their motivations.

Add Location Descriptions

With the Locations tab, it's easy to add descriptions of places along with any maps or graphics you want to include. The Scenes tab automatically generates a list of scenes based on what you put in the Extended Synopsis section.

Keep Track of Submissions

The Submissions tab is where you can keep notes from editors and track follow-ups. You can also save links, reading lists, or notes in different tabs. Plus, there’s a Statistics tab that shows how far along you are in your writing journey!

Exporting Made Simple

You can easily export or import characters, locations, scenes, or even the entire manuscript since each piece is saved separately. Oh! And it includes a spell check tool using imported dictionaries.
