Description

The Guardian Eye

The Guardian Eye is a handy software that helps you keep an eye on a computer. It tracks everything from keystrokes and clipboard changes to the websites and programs being accessed. You can even take screenshots, send logs through email or FTP, and block certain sites and features in Windows.

Easy-to-Use Features

This software has a nice layout of features that makes it super easy for both newbies and pros to get started. Setting up everything is a breeze, so you won’t feel lost!

Customization Options

The Guardian Eye lets you choose where to install it, how often to send logs (you can set your own time), customize the log filename, and even create a master password for extra security.

Monitoring Made Simple

You can turn on key logging and check out the log viewer whenever you want. Plus, you have the option to disable Windows Task Manager and Registry Editor. It’s also easy to export your log data as plain text files.

Email Notifications

If you want, The Guardian Eye can email logs directly to a specific address. You just need to enter the username, password, SMTP server details, and email address. It even sends notifications when it starts running on a computer! And yes, it can also send logs via FTP connections.

Screenshots at Your Fingertips

This tool automatically captures screenshots at intervals you set. You can pick between high-quality PNG or low-quality JPEG images. Screenshots can be sent via email or FTP too, or saved right on your computer!

Website Blocking & Uninstallation

You’re free to make lists of websites to block or uninstall The Guardian Eye whenever you want. It also allows you to enable Task Manager again if needed.

Some Cautions

The Guardian Eye offers tons of monitoring features that are really useful. However, keep in mind that it hasn’t been updated in a while, which might cause some compatibility problems with newer operating systems. We tested it on Windows 8.1 Pro, but we did run into a few crashes.
