Introducing TextManipulator FOR MAC

Manipulating text can prove to be rather time-consuming without the appropriate automation tools. TextManipulator is a small application designed to help you handle such tasks, even though the project is still in early development.

The TextManipulator app is designed to work without requiring any installation, and you can opt to run it from your drive, or from any other external disk, flash drive, and so on. Once you launch the utility, you need to type or paste the text you want to manipulate within the app’s main window. Note that TextManipulator is not able to open text documents or import text from files, so you need to perform this action on each occasion.

At the moment, the TextManipulator app provides support only for two functions: Reverse text by CHARACTERS and Reverse text by WORDS. Just select any of the options and press the “Manipulate” button. For your convenience, TextManipulator also integrates an “Original” button that will reverse the latest manipulation. The function can go back only one step, so make sure that you have the original text backed up just in case you are not satisfied with the output.

TextManipulator does not integrate any exporting capabilities, so you will have to extract the content by relying on the system’s copy and paste function.

However, the TextManipulator project is still under development, and the developer plans to integrate more text manipulation options. To sum up, the TextManipulator delivers a simple user interface where you can work on text content and handle editing tasks a lot faster. Even though the app provides a quite limited number of capabilities, the project might evolve and include more in the near future.
