What is TestMaster?

TestMaster

TestMaster is a handy tool for teachers or anyone who needs to give quizzes or tests to check how well students know the material. It’s super useful for creating tests and applying them to lots of students at once.

How It Works

This application has two main parts that teachers and students use. Both sections can be password-protected, making sure that only the right people have access and keeping those tests private.

Setting Up Your Class

Before you dive into using TestMaster in your classroom, you’ll need to set up the database. This means adding student names and topics for exams. Doing this helps you check each student's progress by looking at their results on different questions.

Organizing Tests

Teachers can easily organize their tests by subject, grade level, and unit so they can evaluate a particular class with ease. Each exam can include various types of questions, with different point values depending on how tough they are.

Diverse Question Types

A cool thing about this program is its wide range of question types! Whether you're thinking about multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blanks, or essays, TestMaster has got you covered with all these options plus five more templates!

Taking the Test

When it’s time for students to take their test, they'll log in and pick a test from the main menu. After answering all the questions, teachers can easily check results right in the main part of TestMaster.

Multiple Users at Once

The program allows many computers to use it at once by storing tests in a shared folder on your local network. You’ll find all the setup instructions in the documentation. Plus, there’s a helpful PowerPoint slideshow included to help students learn how to use the app!

No Printing Options Yet

If you’re curious about results, you can see them in the teacher module; however, TestMaster doesn't currently offer options for exporting or printing those results. Still, it’s a solid option for testing students and keeping track of their scores.

How Download Works

Go to the Softpas website, press the 'Downloads' button, and pick the app you want to download and install—easy and fast!
