The main window has two areas: one shows the current date along with how many tasks you've completed and how many Pomodoros you've achieved, while the other displays all your activities in three neat columns.

Create an Account

When you first use TeamViz, it prompts you to log into an existing account or create a new one. This way, all your events are saved and easy to find later. Just type in the task name in the first column, and it'll be added to your selected list instantly!

Add Tasks Effortlessly

If you want to mark something as due today, just click on the small timer that pops up when you hover over the task's name. You can also move tasks between 'Unplanned Tasks' and today's list by dragging and dropping them—super simple!

Sync Your Tasks

After adding several tasks for the day, syncing them is just a click away! Plus, if you're into tracking your progress, there's a handy 'Report' module where you can see stats based on whatever dates you choose. You’ll get insights on completed Pomodoros and detailed info about each task.
