Teachers Aid is a super simple and user-friendly software designed to help teachers create easy tests. You can make tests with up to twenty-five questions, all with single correct answers. It’s lightweight and really straightforward!

Easy to Use Interface

The interface isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it easy to navigate. Plus, there's a helpful 'Help' section that walks you through everything step by step.

Managing Your Tests

When you open Teachers Aid, you'll see all your available tests listed in the main window. From here, you can either edit existing tests or create new ones using the 'Maintenance' feature. You can add your own questions and answers, but remember: each question or answer can’t be longer than 39 characters!

Creating and Printing Tests

Once you've added all your questions and answers, just save the test! It will show up in your main window ready for action. You get to choose between two modes: '1 Teacher and 1 Student' or '1 Teacher and X Students.' The second option lets you pick anywhere from ten to ninety-nine students.

After that, hit the 'Print Cribs' button to print out how many sheets you need. If you want answer sheets too, just click on the 'Print Cards' button! The cool part is that the questions and answers will be mixed up. When you're ready, call out random numbers for students to put them in order—the first one to finish wins!
