Teachers Aid is a super handy and lightweight software designed to help teachers create simple tests with twenty-five questions, each having a single correct answer. It's perfect for making evaluation easier!

Simple Interface for Easy Use

This app has a basic design, so it might not win any beauty contests, but it does its job well! Because it’s so straightforward, even folks who aren’t tech-savvy can use it without getting lost. Plus, there’s a helpful 'Help' section that walks you through everything step by step.

Managing Your Tests

The main window of Teachers Aid shows all the tests you have available that are valid. You can pick one to work on or even edit existing tests! Just click on the 'Maintenance' option where you can add your questions and answers. But remember, each question and answer can’t be longer than 39 characters.

Creating and Saving Tests

Once you've got your questions set up, you can save your test, and it will pop up in the main window of Teachers Aid. You’ll also get to choose how you want to run your test with the 'Crib Mode'. You can go for '1 Teacher and 1 Student' or mix it up with '1 Teacher and X Students', where you can pick between ten to ninety-nine students!

Printing Options

When you're ready to go, just hit the 'Print Cribs' button to print out sheets as needed. And don’t forget the 'Print Cards' button! This helps create answer sheets where questions are shuffled up. It turns into a fun challenge for your students as they try to figure out the right order when you call out random numbers. The first one to get it right wins!
