What Makes TakeABreak Unique?

All you have is a quick launcher and an INI file that gets created when you first run it. You can easily edit this INI file to set your work and break intervals, plus customize the messages that pop up.

How Does It Work?

You can check out the first message bubble from the system tray icon. If you don't see the icon, just peek into the Task Manager to make sure it's still running. Keep in mind that once you hit those pause times, they can't be skipped or ignored! If you're really desperate to regain control of your computer during a lockdown phase, you'll need to do a hard reset.

Setting Up Your Breaks
