TabPhones is a lightweight option without all the extra fluff.

Easy Setup and Portability

No complicated setup here! TabPhones comes ready to go in one folder. Just run it, and you’re all set to start organizing your contacts. Plus, you can pop it onto an external drive and use it on any computer, which is super handy.

User-Friendly Interface

The interface might look a bit dated, but it's really user-friendly. All the letters of the alphabet are lined up neatly in order for easy navigation. You’ll also find some custom characters at the bottom of the window. The main area shows your file list with a basic context menu for quick access.

Adding Contacts Made Simple

Want to add someone new? Just right-click in the table and fill out their details like full name, phone numbers, email address, home address, and website. One thing to note: you can't add a profile picture for each contact.

Calling from TabPhones

If you want to call someone using TabPhones’ built-in dialer, make sure you have a modem or phone device connected. A separate panel will pop up where you can enter the number and manage speed dials easily.

No Export Options or Password Protection

Just so you know, TabPhones doesn’t allow exporting your records into XLS or CSV formats nor does it offer password protection for privacy. That means anyone who accesses your computer could see your contact list.
