How Does It Work?

This software uses subliminal stimuli—those are quick visual or audio flashes of messages that our brains can't really process consciously. But deep down, these messages stick! So, those positive phrases can really help change how you think.

Message Selection Process

Subliminals XL randomly picks a message from its list and shows it on your screen for just a few milliseconds. It treats all messages equally; whether it's a single word or a full phrase, they flash for the same amount of time.

Customize Your Messages Easily

You can easily switch up the messages too! Just type in whatever words or phrases you want, or bring them in from a text file. Just hit Enter to separate each message into new lines. Plus, there are handy keyboard shortcuts to start or pause the message display and open the settings window. However, keep in mind that you can't change things like font color or size.
