When you first open STL Tracker, you'll see a list of satellites to choose from. Pick one, and the app connects to NASA's directories to give you the most accurate details. You'll find info like the satellite's position, catalog number, classification year, and more!

Explore Graphical and Textual Views

Once you've chosen your satellite, it's time to explore! STL Tracker offers a bunch of graphical and textual views that let you dive deep into the satellite data. Each view opens in its window, so feel free to move them around until it looks just right for you.

Interactive Earth Views

The graphical views are super interactive! You can spin around images of Earth with your mouse. There are different ways to see it: spherical, sinusoidal, cylindrical (even via Google Maps!), elliptical—you name it! Plus, there are radar and Robinson views if you're feeling adventurous.

Diving into Textual Information

If you prefer reading over visuals, there are textual views too! Options include ellipse tracking, satellite passes, and more. There's no description for each view in the menu—so grab some popcorn and experiment with them yourself!

Date and Time Features

STL Tracker also keeps track of time in both UTC and local time zones. You can choose between analog or digital clocks. It even tells you when the sun rises or sets! For weather in space? The app connects directly to NOAA SWPC for the latest data.
