If you're starting with a new connection, Sqlectron lets you choose which client you want to use—either MySQL or PostgreSQL. You just fill in the server address, port number, Unix socket path (if needed), username and password for connecting, plus the database name. It’s straightforward!

If you're using an SSH Tunnel to connect securely, Sqlectron has got your back! You can enter the SSH address and port along with user credentials and the private key without any hassle.
