Space Capsule is a cool tool for macOS that helps you organize your Spaces better. If you've got a bunch of apps open in different Spaces, it can get confusing fast. You might forget what each Space is for, especially if you’re juggling a lot of them at once. Plus, the navigation options aren't the best.

Space Capsule makes handling Spaces way easier. It shows all your Spaces in a neat grid, highlights which apps are active, lets you name each Space, and simplifies how you move between them.

A Quick Look at Your Spaces

If you want to see what’s going on in your Spaces, you'd usually use Mission Control. But honestly, it doesn't give you much info at a glance. With Space Capsule, though, just hit a hotkey and up pops a grid showing all your active apps across every Space!

This way, instead of looking through tons of app icons on your desktop, you can actually see what's running where. And since you can name each Space, figuring out what it's meant for is super quick!

Setting up a hotkey is easy! Once you've got that down, just press it to bring up the grid and use the arrow keys to switch between Spaces. If you're holding down some modifier keys when you pick one, it'll switch right away as soon as you let go!

Skip Steps with Arrow Key Modifiers

You can even set up arrow key modifiers to make things even faster! Hold down the modifier while pressing an arrow key to highlight the next Space and switch over immediately when you're ready.

Limitations but Not Deal Breakers

Now, because third-party apps like this can't mess with Spaces directly in macOS, you'll need to visit each Space first so that Space Capsule knows about it and can add it into its grid. Also, keep in mind that you can't use Space Capsule to delete or move windows between Spaces.

A Great Tool for macOS Users

Even with these few limitations, they’re not really big issues. I definitely recommend Space Capsule to anyone who enjoys using Spaces on macOS—it really helps keep track of everything and makes navigating so much simpler!
