Getting Started with Snappy Invoice System
The first time you run the software, it’ll ask for some basic info about your business. Just enter your business name, address, phone number, currency, and sales tax details. You can also add a personal touch by including a custom message at the bottom of your invoices along with the name of the person in charge from Sales. When you're making a new bill, you'll need to input the client's name, contact information, email address, creation date, ID number, and payment terms (like credit card or cash).
Managing Products and Discounts
Your product list will show all the items sold along with their ID numbers, descriptions, quantities, prices, and whether or not taxes apply. Plus, you can set discounts and shipping costs that automatically update your total amounts!
Handling Customer Information
You can easily edit or add new clients through the 'Customer List' menu. Just enter their full name, address, country or zip code, and email. In edit mode for products, you’ll need to fill in details like merchandise ID and price categories. The app even lets you customize headers using its simple editor.
Customizing Your Invoices
You have options! You can add images in formats like JPG or GIF to your invoices. Plus, style up your text with different fonts and colors! Align paragraphs however you want and make lists if needed. If you're looking for specific invoices later on? No problem! The search function helps you track them down easily.
