Designed for mobile technicians, it offers real-time access to all the information related to the files to be processed: customer contact details, information relating to the intervention, for easy diagnosis. It allows you to enter the intervention report directly on the mobile or tablet, to complete it with a photo and the signature by the customer before sending. It also allows the ordering of spare parts if necessary. The application has an offline mode which allows data to be stored while waiting for the next connection to the network. Thus, technicians work in optimal conditions, no matter where they work.
