Main Features of Simple Invoice
The main screen shows a form where you can fill in your details. On the left side, there are buttons to save or print your invoice when you’re ready. It's all straightforward!
Customizing Your Invoices
You can start by uploading your company logo right into the invoice form. Just remember that the best size for the image is 400x100 pixels! And while the logo's position is fixed, that won't stop you from adding your own flair.
Adding Details Like a Pro
You can also enter your company’s contact info along with your customer’s details. There’s even an ‘Add Item’ button where you can quickly input what you're selling—just type in the product name, price, and quantity to see it listed nicely on the main table.
Keeping Track of Payments
Need to change the invoice number or date? No problem! The app automatically updates the ‘Amount Due’ based on what you've entered for sold items and payments.
Your Terms Made Easy
In the lower part of Simple Invoice, you can set up your payment terms by typing them out or pasting them from somewhere else. When everything looks good to go, save it as an INV file on your PC or print it out!
