SHARK is an easy to use, simple, modular package of C++ libraries for the design and optimization of adaptive systems.

SHARK offers methods for nonlinear and linear optimization, in particular  kernel-based learning algorithms and neural networks, evolutionary and gradient-based algorithms and various other machine learning methods.
