Description
SfePy is a finite element analysis software written almost entirely in Python. It is also quite fast because majority of time demanding routines are written in C and wrapped by SWIG.
SfePy requires NumPy/SciPy, which is an excellent numerical environment (a collection of tools) for scientific computations.
SfePy is also quite speed-optimized and exploits some well-known and regarded legacy codes.
