SecureX lets you run full system scans whenever you want or custom scans too. Want to check a specific folder or removable drive? No problem!

Integrated Firewall for Extra Safety

This software comes with a built-in personal firewall that keeps an eye on the data zipping through your network. It has three security levels: 'Expert', 'Medium', and 'Low'. So, if SecureX spots something fishy, it’ll ask you what to do—either block it or let it through.

Useful Tools Included

Apart from keeping your computer secure, SecureX packs in some handy tools! For example, it can help fix infected DOC files and even shred files that are tough to delete manually. Plus, there's an integrated process manager that helps you catch any suspicious activity right away. Need to type something sensitive? The on-screen keyboard has got your back!

Website Filtering and Updates Needed

The website filtering feature is supposed to block certain sites, but during our test runs, it didn’t quite do its job as expected—it let through some sites that should have been blocked.

Final Thoughts on SecureX

SecureX aims to keep your computer safe when you're online but hasn't been updated in a while. This could leave your system open to newer threats. While we saw it block the EICAR test file during testing, we were disappointed that it didn’t automatically remove it afterward. If you're serious about security, it's worth looking for a more up-to-date solution with reliable signatures!
