What is SeaClear Portable?

SeaClear Portable is a super handy software designed for nautical navigation. With it, you can easily plan your sea trips by creating routes with multiple waypoints. To get started, just connect a GPS to your computer, and it will show your current location, speed, and other useful info.

Easy to Use and No Installation Required

This program is portable! That means no installation is needed. Just extract the files anywhere on your hard drive and click the executable to launch SeaClear Portable. You can even save it to a pen drive so you can run it on any PC without hassle. Plus, it doesn't mess with your Windows registry or create extra files without asking you.

User-Friendly Interface

The interface might look a bit old-school, but it's pretty easy to navigate. The map uses GPS to pinpoint your position and shows your coordinates. You can set the latitude and longitude of where you want to go along with course and speed for calculations.

Exporting Maps and Routes

You have some cool options for exporting! You can save charts as image files for later review or export routes that you've created. You can also import routes, reverse them, or set one as current. If you're tracking your journey, you can save those tracks too!

Customizable Features

There's tons of customization available! Want a specific boat color or shape? You got it! You can also change the size of radar rings, adjust the zoom settings, pick how fast the route displays, and much more.

Performance and Reliability

No error messages showed up during our tests—pretty awesome! The app ran smoothly without freezing or crashing. It barely affected system performance at all. While it hasn't had updates in a while, SeaClear Portable still gives users everything they need for planning sea navigation routes.
