Description
ScanTWAIN is a Linux/X11 (Qt 3.x) production scanning application that serves the purpose of providing a simple scanning application intended to serve as an example for other developers. It allows the user to access device settings, either via the TWAIN driver or via ScanTWAIN’s basic built in UI. The user can control a scan job, display scanned images and save scanned images.
ScanTWAIN consists of two basic parts. The first is the TWAIN scanning class CSTTWAIN. This class provides a simple interface for communicating with TWAIN drivers. The second part is the application itself. ScanTWAIN's interface was developed using Qt 3.x.
ScanTWAIN is a TWAIN 2.0 compliant application.
ScanTWAIN was developed by Eastman Kodak Company and distributed under the GPL v2 license.
