Selecting Your Root Key

The program has a small window where you can choose your preferred root key using a slider. The options range from C to C Sharp, A, A Sharp, and B. Depending on what you choose, Scale Finder will show the corresponding scale right at the bottom of the screen.

Explore Different Scales

You can discover various scales like the ‘1 3 5 Scale’ for a specific note or dive into cool ones like the ‘Pentatonic Scale’, ‘Blues Scale’, or ‘Jazz Scale’. This makes playing songs easier and lets you imitate different styles without too much hassle!

User Customization Limitations

Now, it's worth mentioning that Scale Finder doesn't offer much in terms of customization. There aren’t adjustable settings, and you can't create a list of notes to learn their equivalent scales either. Also, results can’t be saved or exported; you'll only see them in the main window.
