SBML Harvester is a free, open-source and cross-platform solution that allows you to create ontology-based representations of SBML models.
SBML Harvester uses the models' MIRIAM annotations as well as the structure of the SBML mode in order to create the OWL representation.
You will be able to use the representation to check SBML models for consistency and for complex queries across both models and biomedical ontologies.
