RZParser is a handy utility that helps users identify and characterize Ribose zippers found in a RNA structure.
RZParser can also be used to generate PyMol scripts that will assist in the visualization of the identified Ribose zippers.
RZParser is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
