RS232 transmitter is an application that simulates a parallel-to-serial converter for RS-232 protocol communication.

In order to avoid blocking the data generator, a separate input buffer register is provided.

RS232 transmitter is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
