RNASimulASE is a streamlined OS X command line tool designed to help you simulate allele-specific expression (ASE) data obtained from RNA-sequencing.
RNASimulASE is capable of simulating ASE, within which the transcriptional level of each allele from a set of homologous chromosomes can be differentiated at heterozygote variants.
RNASimulASE is also able to generate diploid personal ranscriptomes in FASTA format and RNA-seq output in FASTQ format.
