Keeping track of upcoming payments or transactions that should increase your income is very important: you need to make sure you always have the resources for each transaction, and that the transfer is made at the appropriate time. RemindMyMoney is a user friendly Mac app designed to assist you in this task.

Finding your ay around the RemindMyMoney user interface is quite easy: the app’s main window is separated in two areas, one for incoming transactions, and the other for completed transfers. At the same time, you can easily add new simple or recurrent reminders by using buttons placed in the top window toolbar.

The same area allows you to access the chart window where you can analyze the way in which you are spending your money, or to trigger the synchronization process. RemindMyMoney is able to sync your database between multiple devices, but you need to setup a RemindMyMoney account in the Preferences window first.

Right off the bat, all the RemindMyMoney transactions are divided in two groups: expenses and income. However, you can also organize them into multiple categories: RemindMyMoney comes with a small collection of predefined groups, but you can easily add your own via the Categories panel.

For each entry you have the option to setup a Google Calendar or an email reminder. This way, you should be able to make all the necessary transactions at the right time, hence avoiding any penalties.

Even through the RemindMyMoney design is somehow outdated, finding your ay around is quite easy. You have the option to quickly create both income and expenses transactions, you can setup reminders, and you can analyze the data in a graphical manner.
