Description
Quick Run Adder
Quick Run Adder is an approachable application that enables you to schedule tools to autorun every time you start Windows, as well as to remove autostart entries that contribute to a slower system boot time although you don't use them.
As long as you have .NET Framework installed, you don't need to set up anything else. This means that you can save the downloaded .exe file to a custom location on the HDD or copy it to a USB flash disk to seamlessly launch it on any machine.
Features:
- User-friendly GUI
- Add new programs to system startup
- Locate launcher using file browser
- Filter startup programs by user and runtime
- Smooth operation on newer Windows
Specifications:
- Price: FREE
- Publisher: Gromicho AF Systems
- Low CPU and RAM usage
- Suitable for less experienced users
In order to add a new program to the system startup, you can locate its launcher using a file browser, as well as make it run once or always, and for the current user only or for all users. Modifications are applied with one click, and it's obviously necessary to restart the computer to analyze results.
The removal process is even simpler. Quick Run Adder automatically adds all identified startup programs to a list, enabling you to filter them by user (current or all), as well as by runtime (once or always). All you have to do is pick an entry and click a button to block its corresponding application.
Although it hasn't been updated for a while, it worked smoothly on newer Windows in our tests, without hanging, crashing, or indicating errors. It used low CPU and RAM, so it didn't burden the overall performance of the workstation. Thanks to its straightforward GUI and options, Quick Run Adder can be tackled even by less experienced users who want to manage autorun programs.
