QuasiRecomb is an application that was created for the probabilistic inference of viral Quasispecies.
QuasiRecomb brings a hidden Markov models that describes the generation of the viral quasispecies as well as a method to infer the parameters.
QuasiRecomb is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
