This tool helps you plan your future projects by looking closely at what might happen during development. It's perfect for spotting potential risks, grabbing opportunities, and keeping everything on track.

User-Friendly Layout

The layout of ProjectFuture is super organized and easy to navigate. It has multiple panels, each serving a different purpose. On the left side, you'll find the activity browser and risk pane. The right side has clearly labeled sections showing effects (in orange), causes (in yellow), responses (in green), and tasks (in blue).

Get Started Easily

When you first open the program, you'll see sample projects that help you get used to the setup. You can easily change these samples later on! From the menu, just enter your plan's name, description, goals, organization details, plus start and end dates.

Detailed Overviews

If you click on an item within your project, it opens a tab with more details about that entry. You can see things like the code number, name, summary, risk owner, effects reported by someone else, status updates—like if it's minor or high risk—and more!

Edit Responsibilities

With ProjectFuture, managing who's responsible for different parts of your project is easy! You can add their full names, positions, contact numbers, and emails—all in one place.

Analyze Your Progress

You can check out summaries in a printable format for risks and tasks while navigating through pages using simple next and back arrows—plus zooming in or out as needed.

Simplify Your View

Each category comes with descriptions and status levels based on your group's needs. If you want a cleaner look without too much clutter? You can hide panels and just show what matters most.
