Easy to Use and Portable

The best part? Probot is portable! You can easily save it on a USB Flash drive, so you can use it on any computer. Just remember, the PC needs to have Adobe Flash Player installed for everything to work smoothly.

Straightforward Setup

Getting started takes just a couple of seconds. The layout is clear and easy to navigate. All you have to do is fill in the fields based on the descriptions next to them. There are no limits on what characters you can use, which keeps things flexible!

Inputting Data Made Simple

The process doesn’t take much time either! However, keep in mind that you can only add information for one student at a time. Unfortunately, there’s no option to upload lists or files. You’ll need the school name, student name, classes, and their grades in both letter format and percentages.

Limitations of Probot

One downside is that you have to stick with the set layout; you can only include up to six classes with no option to add or remove fields. This might limit your options a bit since empty fields still show up in the final report.

Generating Reports

Once you've entered all the necessary data, hitting “Enter” will generate a preview of your report. At this point, editing isn’t possible anymore; it locks everything into place for printing. You can either head back if you need to make changes or just go ahead and print it out—that’s your only export choice!

A Quick Tool with Trade-offs

Probot Student Report might not break new ground compared to other tools out there, but it's quick! While you'll get your printed report fast after running the app, you'll find some restrictions that could impact flexibility and practicality when managing student data.
