Workflow Management

The platform streamlines the maintenance workflow by allowing anyone to raise a maintenance work request on the Mobile App. The request is then approved and assigned by the Manager/Supervisor, and the Technician can work on the assigned Work Order, recording activities and updates using the Mobile App. The Manager can review and approve or reject the details accordingly.

Collaboration

Technicians and Managers/Supervisors can collaborate seamlessly on Work Orders from remote locations by exchanging messages and updates.
