Description

Priority Encoder (8:3 bits) is an application that simulates a small 8-bit priority encoder.

The circuit basically converts a one-hot encoding into a binary representation. If the input n is active, all lower inputs (n-1 .. 0) are ignored.

Priority Encoder (8:3 bits) is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
