Print Envelope is a handy little program that helps you print envelopes and labels super quickly. It’s got a bunch of templates to make your life easier, especially if you need to print contact info on a lot of envelopes often. Using this software can really save you some precious time!

Easy to Use Interface

The program kicks off with a simple screen where you can pick what you want to do. If you're looking to print envelopes, it switches up the interface just for that! But heads up, the envelope size fields aren’t in English, which can be a bit frustrating because those buttons help manage your templates.

Create and Manage Templates

You can make new templates by clicking the top button and delete old ones with the bottom one. Just be careful not to hit the wrong button and accidentally delete something you wanted to keep!

Input Information

Before printing anything, you'll need to enter the details you want on the envelope. The right side panel lets you add multiple contacts and group them together. Sadly, there’s no option for importing contacts, so everything has to be typed in manually. This makes it perfect for home use but might not cut it for businesses that send out loads of letters.

Customize Your Layout

You can tweak how your envelope looks by moving around where the sender's and receiver's info goes. Plus, there are options for different fonts and styles! Just keep in mind that there’s no preview feature; all changes happen by adjusting coordinates—so it might take some trial and error!

Add Personal Touches

You can even add your company logo on the envelope to give it a more personal feel! Once you're happy with everything, generate an envelope preview before sending it off to the printer.

Label Printing Made Easy

The second option on the main screen is all about printing labels. Good news: it uses the same contact database as your envelope prints! You won’t have to re-enter any information, plus there's an option for another address format if needed.

Create Label Templates

You can also create multiple templates for labels that save their layout, font type, and how many columns or rows fit on a page. These templates are easy to load whenever you need them from a drop-down list.
