This app is like an add-on for the Microsoft Office suite. If you’ve used Office before, you'll feel right at home since it has the same ribbon-based user interface. Whether you're a newbie or a pro, this tool is easy to use!

Creating Your Calendar

Making a new calendar is super simple! Just hit the Create Calendar button, pick a template from the right side of the screen, and decide where you want it—either in a new document or an existing one if you're using Word.

If you're working in Excel, your target will be workbooks. And if you'd prefer to use a picture instead of a table, just check the 'Insert as picture' box. This makes your printed calendar look great! Plus, you can tweak each template to fit your needs.

Selecting Dates and Events

Next up, you get to choose when your calendar starts and how long you want it to last. You can also set the time format. Once that's sorted out, you can pick where to pull in events and tasks from.

Data Sources Galore!

PrintableCal has tons of data sources you can use like Exchange Server, Facebook, Google Calendar, iCloud, Microsoft Outlook, iCalendar, Toodledo, VueMinder, and Yahoo! Calendar.

Date Insertion Made Easy

With its handy mini calendar feature, you can pop dates into different cells in Excel or into text lines in Word documents. You can even customize how those dates look!
