The rules of the game are simple: the goal is to get rid of all your cards before someone else does. The first player to run out of cards becomes the President, while the last player to run out of cards becomes the Scum. The game is played with a standard deck of 52 cards.

Gameplay:

The game is played in rounds, with the President and Scum from the previous round shuffling and dealing the cards. The President plays first and can play any combination of cards as long as it ranks higher than the previous turn. Other players must follow suit or pass. The Scum always acts last and must exchange cards with the President.
