The buttons for adding or deleting tasks are right there where you'll use them most. After entering all your data, don't forget to add both Estimated and Actual completion times for each task.

Once everything's set up, click the green Predict button. You'll see numbers and charts pop up on the left side of the app! This helps you understand how your workflow is shaping up. If procrastination or wasted time has been an issue for you, this app can help pinpoint where you're losing time.
