When you open up Power Prompter, you'll see an editing window where you can quickly type in the text you want to scroll. It's really easy to preview what it'll look like right away, and you can tweak how everything appears using the Script, Overlay, and Screens panels.

Save Your Projects

This software is project-based. That means you can save your scripts and settings using a special file format (.ppr). So if you're working on multiple sessions, you won't waste time retyping everything!

Start Prompting with Ease

When you're ready to go live, just hit the "Start Prompting" button. A new viewer window pops up where you'll see your text scrolling down smoothly. Plus, you can make it scroll back up, pause anytime, flip the text around, change how it's aligned, or speed up or slow down the scrolling.

Customizable Appearance

The Script panel lets you set default text alignment and choose colors for both background and text. You can even pick a custom image for the background! Want to flip the text or change margins? No problem!

Overlay Features

The Overlay panel gives you options for changing how indicators look—like size and color. If you're using an overlay style (like fade-in or highlight), you can adjust its opacity level and where it shows up on your screen.

Select Your Display

Power Prompter automatically detects all displays connected to your Mac. You get to choose which one to use! And there's even an option for opening a free teleprompter window that can be moved around easily.
