Easy Integration into Your System

This app integrates smoothly into the system tray, which means you can add as many yellow notes as your heart desires on the screen. Plus, you can even schedule alarms to remind you of those important tasks!

How to Use Post-It Notes

Once you launch the program, it pops an icon in your taskbar notifications area. You won't see any annoying notification messages or pop-up windows. Just click the tray icon whenever you want to add a new sticky note and start typing or pasting your text. The title of the note will automatically change to match what you write first.

Tidying Up Your Desktop

If your desktop starts looking cluttered with notes, don't worry! You can collapse any note into a small bar by clicking the little arrow in the upper-right corner. This helps keep things tidy while still allowing you to keep an eye on your reminders.

Right-Click Options for Easy Management

Right-clicking on a note's title bar gives you some great options! You can keep it on top of other windows, reset its position, close it, delete it, or even set an alarm for when it needs to pop up again. The alarm can display the note on-screen, play a sound, open files, or run applications when time's up.

Managing All Your Notes

If you right-click on Post-It Notes' icon in the system tray, you'll find options like resetting all notes back to their original spots. You can also choose to keep them above other panels or restore everything back to normal if needed.

A Few Drawbacks

The downside? This tool hasn't seen updates in quite some time and might not be in active development anymore. There are no options for customizing fonts and colors either. However, during our tests, it worked just fine on Windows 10.

A Note About Security

You might hear that some antivirus programs flag Post-It Notes as unsafe. Don't worry! That's just because the developer used UPX to pack the downloaded archive. We tested it and found that it's clean!

No Cost for Features!

The shareware version isn't available anymore for purchase but guess what? There are no limitations with the free version! So feel free to use Post-It Notes without spending a dime! While it may seem basic at first glance, it's still a simple solution for creating sticky notes with alarms scheduled just how you like them.
