With this tool, you can create custom folder structures for each project, and you have the option to use different templates or whip up some of your own!

Customizable Templates

One cool thing about Post Haste is that it comes with several built-in templates tailored for various tasks like Motion Graphics, Photography, Video Editing, Visual Effects, and Web Design. Just click on a template to see what’s inside! It’s almost like browsing through folders in Windows Explorer.

Edit or Create Your Own Templates

You can easily tweak any template to fit your needs or start from scratch by naming your new one. Want to clean up? You can delete templates you don’t need anymore, copy existing ones, set a default template, or even open the folder where your current template lives.

Add Your Personal Touch

Each template is flexible! You can add new folders with custom names, insert text documents (both RTF and plain), import files from your computer, and even copy folder structures directly from your PC.

Define Your Project Details

Post Haste makes setting up a project super easy with fields for project number, client name, project name, date, and editor info. Plus, if you want more specific details added in there, you can do that too!

Select Your Saving Directory

You have full control over where everything gets saved! Choose the directory for storing templates, opt to automatically open the folder after creating a project or close the app right after—whatever suits your workflow best.

Simplify File Naming

The tool lets you set file naming rules so things stay tidy. Rename files labeled ‘Template’ to match the project name or pick how you'd like dates formatted—right down to choosing separator characters.
