Posfix is pretty cool because it helps you gather data from different sources like AirNav ACARS decoder, PC-HFDL, ACARSD, Airmaster2000, SkySpy, and JACARS. It grabs all that info using DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) and gives it a fresh format to make tracking aircraft super easy.
How Posfix Works
The way Posfix operates is straightforward. First, it collects data through DDE from the programs mentioned earlier. Then it takes that raw data and reshapes it so you can easily see where planes are flying. After that, it sends the reformatted info back out via DDE. This means you’re always up-to-date with the latest aircraft positions!
