Getting Started with PortGo

The first time you launch the app, you'll need to set up your login details like your username and password. You’ll also have to enter the port and server info. There are some advanced features too where you can add display details, an authorization name, a domain name, transport options, and even set it up for automatic registration at a time that works for you.

User-Friendly Interface

One of the best things about PortGo is its smart design. You can easily switch between different tabs like Friends, Call Phones, and History without any hassle. Want to change your status? No problem! You can go from Available to Busy or Away in just a click.

Dialing Made Easy

This utility includes a built-in dial pad where you can type in phone numbers right from your keyboard. There are handy buttons to start or end calls as well as adjust the overall volume or mic volume. Plus, if you're juggling multiple calls? You can use up to five lines at once!

Storing Contacts

With PortGo, keeping track of contacts is super simple. You just need to provide details like their SIP number, names (first and last), email address, and phone numbers (mobile, home, work). Keeping everything organized has never been easier!

Call History & Messaging Features

You’ll love the history panel where you can check out received calls, missed ones, or any that you’ve dialed. Want to record a call? No worries! It lets you save audio streams as WAV files and video streams as AVI files. Instant messaging with your contacts is just as easy too!

Customizable Settings

The settings allow for tons of customization! You can set PortGo as your default softphone or get prompts when upgrades are available. If you're away from your computer for ten minutes? It will show an idle status automatically! Plus, it launches at Windows startup if you'd like.
