Portal Screensaver FOR MAC
Portal Screensaver is a small, free, simple port of the homonym Windows screensaver. If you think the speed if the text is too fast or slow, you can easily change it if you have Quartz Composer. Just open the QTZ file and change the "SlowFactor" on the "Text" patch (the lowest blue one). The lower the number, the slower the text will go. The higher the number, the faster it will go. Just play around with the speed until you find something you like.

If you have OS X Lion, you need to unhide your Library folder. Open terminal and paste this (without quotes): "chflags nohidden ~/Library/" and hit enter. Go to "~/Library/Screen Savers" and place the three PNGs and the QTZ in that folder. If you just place "Portal SS" in the Screen Saver folder, it won't show up in System Preferences. (~ is your User Directory.)
