What is Pontos FOR MAC?
Pontos is a tool to calculate the uncorrected distance matrices from DNA alignments in PHYLIP format.
Pontos can also be used to create difference alignments from regular ones and vice versa. Pontos handles ambiguities and gaps in different ways.
