Polymail is an email management tool that helps you stay organized and boost your productivity with some simple changes.

Email Account Management

When you first log into Polymail, it asks you to add the email accounts you want to manage. Right now, it works with Gmail and iCloud accounts. But don't worry, they're still working on adding more options like Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and any IMAP account in the future!

Your Privacy Matters

If you're worried about privacy (and who isn't these days?), make sure to check out the Polymail Privacy Policy. It goes over what info they collect and what security measures they have in place. Since your Polymail account connects to all your email accounts, it's super important to use a strong password.

Email Tracking Features

One cool feature is that when you send an email through Polymail, it can tell you if the recipient has read it! You'll get a notification in your Notifications Center. If you've sent the email to multiple people, Polymail can even show you exactly who opened it!

But here's a little hiccup: during our tests, we noticed sometimes the read count might not be accurate. A message could show as read even if it hasn't been opened yet. Also, while there's supposed to be an option to unsend emails, we had some trouble getting that feature to work.

Time-Saving Tools

There are other handy features too! You can schedule emails so they go out at a specific time or "snooze" them if they're not urgent. This way, those messages will pop back into your Inbox later when you're ready to deal with them.

Easier Unsubscribing from Newsletters

If you're tired of unwanted newsletters filling up your inbox, Polymail makes it easier to unsubscribe! It quickly opens up the form you need in your web browser so you can stop those pesky emails.

A Beautiful User Interface

The goal of Polymail is to help you handle all your email accounts through a gorgeous user interface while keeping everything in check—even on the go thanks to their mobile component!

Keep in mind that since Polymail is still invite-only for now, some features might not work perfectly yet. However, this platform definitely shows promise!
