When you add your pills to Pillbox, you have to tell it how often you need to take them and also at what time of the day. When the time comes to take your medication, the program will sound an alarm on your device that will prompt you to click the “Taken” button. You can also snooze the alarm or choose to skip the pill.

The pills that you miss will be marked as such so that you can always keep track of what you took, but also what you forgot to take. While the app’s interface is user-friendly, there are some parts that could use improvement.
